Review eligibility requirements

Brands must have a pending or registered and active text-based or image-based trademark.

To be eligible for Amazon Brand Registry, your brand must have an active registered trademark in each country where you wish to enrol or have a pending trademark application filed through Amazon IP Accelerator. Brand Registry is also accepting brands that have a trademark pending registration in a subset of trademark offices (see country-specific requirements section). The trademark for your brand must be in the form of a text-based mark (word mark) or an image-based mark with words, letters or numbers (design mark). Depending on where your trademark is registered, eligible trademarks can have different classifications based on their issuing trademark office. Examples of trademarks that we currently accept for enrolment are included below:

Text-based marks

Image-based mark with words, letters, or numbers

Amazon reply to me 6 times for 6 cases on same unresolved issue :-

Only registered trademark is allowed for brand registry . Case Closed without contacting me on call.

My Reply to Amazon-

When your policy clearly states that Image/Word/Text based Trademark is allowed both for

pending and registered applications, then why the hell are your staffs rejecting it everytime?

I have provided my application number, this can be traced to check the status of my trademark application

which is right now passed the formality check and gone for examination. It means it is under pending.

It still means that I am eligible for brand registry. I also provided real images of products with my logo permanently fixed on the item. Sent this issue 6 times now and each time they reject saying only registered TM is allowed. What the hell man? Seriously, do you even train your staffs and read your own policy?

I have faced with a similar issue and My Listing was generic and after getting brand approval. They told me I cannot Update my existing listing and asked me to create a new listing. So I had to remove stocks from FBA. Re label it and send it again. Their executives each person gives me different answers for the same question.
