Hi all!
I would like to take opinions of sellers at Amazon, I am a new seller in UK marketplace. While adding products I know there are two options one is add existing product and other is add a new product. So if im adding an existing product it means im taking approval from a particular brand and then will be partnered with that particular brand and then sell that particular branded item.
So my main query is EXAMPLE im being part of Nike brand then do i have to buy products from Nike and list on Amazon or I can buy from my own manufacturer and just tag the brand Nike on the item?
Can anyone please guide me.

Hi,
If you are not brand owner than you can not use any brand name or trade mark with your own product. If you have a permission from the concern brand than you have to either buy product direct from that brand or from verified vendors of that brand.
Example : if you want to sell Nike product than you have to either buy direct from Nike or from their verified suppliers. You are not allowed to use Nike tag to your own product.

That's literally counterfeiting, why on Earth would you think that was an option??
