I am quite not happy with my global listing.
First of all, BIL feature did not work for me. I had to manually create listings in different market places. Also, even though my selling account is not LIVE fully, I am being charged with Professional Fees and the System did not allow me to downgrade in some market places.
So, I request you to kindly CLOSE all my global accounts and retain only India account.
Kindly let me know if anything is required from my side.

As you have linked accounts it is not possible to unlink them and you cannot close the linked countries. You should have the option to downgrade the subscription plan you have on each country and put each one on holiday mode.
If you have any issues it would be best to contact Seller Support directly so that they can check your account in more detail.
