Have you already received the GTIN exemption approval, but just not able to list or are you have trouble with the GTIN exemption submission?

In either case, if you can please provide the case ID, I would be happy to assist wherever I can.

In the interim, here is the Apply for a product ID, or GTIN, exemption which will assist if you have not yet been approved. Here is the List products that do not have a Product ID (UPC, EAN, JAN or ISBN) help page that has listing instructions in section "Add a product after you receive a GTIN exemption," in case you have already received approval, but cannot list.
