Shocking that return policy changed from 7 days to 10 days
Amazon should take action against fake returns. Already that 7 days replacement policy is not tolerable. But now its 10 days means not at all fair. I request amazon to do consider seller perspective also. Scammers placed orders and used our product very well and then return as "no longer needed" or some other fake reasons. Is this acceptable to give our product in free of cost? also you will deduct shipping fee, other fees and take action in the name of Listing suppression. Almost for 7 days u closed our listing even it affects our sales and account health also. This is the reward you are giving for us to chose your market place to sell?
We are very loyal in selling but we deserves the worst. Please concentrate at least little bit on seller side also. Safe-T claim for fake returns are not at all worth. A humble request you must have to do few changes in customers return policy for your long time run.

I am also facing the same issue, and Amazon’s Safe-T claim system is of no use. Recently, they completely denied my Safe-T claim, resulting in a total loss. Amazon only thinks about its own profit, and they don’t care at all about the issues sellers are facing. Maybe after seeing this message, someone from Amazon Seller Support will show up and say, “We will look into your issue, please share your case ID.” But they won’t actually do anything it’s all just talk. They have no real concern for sellers.
