UGH....Why Won't They Go Away!
Two weeks ago I was dealing with hijackers that deleted my pictures and lowered my price by 40%.
Go that fixed.
This week, the SAME people/group/seller opened 3 of their own stores selling the basic model of my product, but this week they've copied/pasted my ASIN's Title Description, and parts of my bullet points.
All 3 of these "stores" are using MY title description and bullet points (in part).
OMGsh...these people are so annoying. Why can't they come-up with their own titles and descriptions???
They can beat me on price hands-down, so why steal my intellectual property? (Rhetorical question. I know the answer)
Anyway, had to file 3 more "Trademark: Product Detail Page" complaints with Brand Registry:

This is Dougal from the Community Manager Team wishing you luck.... although, I see that all 3 ASINs have been removed. I expect that was a result of you Complaint submitted on 10/5.
I definitely understand how it can be annoying to have to report a different violation on the same ASIN against the same bad actor, but I really do appreciate you taking the steps to protect your brand.
