I am trying to add a new product, while adding I got 5461 error says Request for brand approval. After clicking the link I was navigated to Catalog Authorization form and I have submitted real name photos. The application was rejected due to Brand name not clearly displayed.

The issue here is that the item is recently only available in the japanese market and does not have the band name in alhpabet. I tried to explain the situation with additional information (attached) and got rejected. As mentioned in other discussions, seems that the item needs to have the EXACT brand name to be approved.

It is strange because the other characters in the same type of item are already selling in Amazon.com, and they do not have the "brand written clearly" since it is written in Japanese.

My question is how is possible to obtain the Catalog Authorization accepted:

1.- Is the Catalog Authorization one time only? or do I need to apply for each new product?

2.- Any item from that brand is acceptable as long as it meets the requirements?

2.- After getting approval for the catalog authorization, Can I add any product or just the same type as the one presented in the application?
