Bank Statement Verification -- Credit Union Statement
Can @Cooper_Amazon @Micah_Amazon@Quincy_Amazonhelp me with my bank account verification statement issue. I have submitted my credit union bank account statement several times but it is a combined statement that contains my savings and checking accounts on the same statement. The verification team is mistaking my membership number for my checking account number and not reading the statement to see that the checking account number is listed as the one that matches my Amazon account checking account number. However this number is not at the top of the statement -- it is further down on the statement after the savings account information. The number on the top of the statement is my credit union member number. Please help me with this issue. Delta Community Credit Union does not do individual statements for each account. They only give out a combined statement that lists all of your accounts and balances.

I resolved mine by creating a new Deposit Method with my member number as the account number and submitting a Monthly statement. This means my deposits will go to my Savings (Account #1). Your CU might work the same. Another method is to submit a Deposit Form from your CU which should contain the full routing and checking account number.
I believe Amazon is becoming more lenient as they begin to understand credit unions.

Our account is in Bank Account Verification. But when we click the button"Verify" to try to verfy. It offers to choices for "Bank Account Holder Name", boths of them are wrong. Both of choices are different with the name we previously entered, we even do not know them. Please help to amend the right "Bank Account Holder Name" to help us verfy the account. We have contact amazon seller support many times till now there is no any response We are worry about that much for 27th,June. Thanks.
