Charges for VAT services on Amazon - when we arent even registered under VAT
I have been charged 25.05 every month by Amazon as VAT filing fee, or whatever, Amazon just doesn't confirm. Whereas, their partner J&P accountant had failed to register our VAT. And Amazon is still charging us for VAT filing - since more than 1 year. We raised a ticket, ID 9021199752, but they just respond by saying "Thank you for your continued patience. We are currently researching your issue in partnership with the responsible team and will provide an update as soon as any additional information becomes available."
The heights is, that today again they charged the same charges to us, when I have already highlighted this issue to them. Clearly, nobody is looking into this case, they just lingering it on, and not doing anything on this matter. How can I escalate this?
