We are grappling with financial challenges from decreased sales due to Lost of Featured Offer eligibility. This is the Case ID 14141709621. It's worth noting that this is the first time we have encountered such an issue related to A-Z claims, and we've also addressed all suspected IP issues. All the products we sell are officially licensed by the respective automakers, and we have provided documentation to verify this.

Please suggest a solution that could assist us in revitalizing our sales and restoring our Featured offer rating to its level a few days ago, which was at 44%.
