Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to jump in here to see if you were still facing some issues here?

If so, please do screen shot what you are seeing and open up a case directly with Seller Support by following this link.

In taking a quick look at your Seller Central I am seeing under your charge methods that it is showing 'unable to charge' and that you need to assign a valid charge method to restore full access to your seller account.
