First order not picked up easy ship
I got my first order day before yesterday. I scheduled a pick up on time and called the pick up boy 4 times which he did not answer finally in the 5th attempt he picked and said due to rains he got late. I waited again it was 630pm I called him and the call was unanswered. Today I wait again and I feel its a hassle if this is how it will continue. Being a working women with a fairly new brand i am trying to build selling on amazon even for less than a month makes me think if i would wish to continue. The reason I opted for easy ship was because I felt it was convenient but now i am doubting that as well. The only good process I had was of onboarding nothing post that! Can some one tell me how to connect with easy ship any contact or email that i can write to?

I understand your frustration with the Easy Ship pickup delays, especially as a new seller trying to build your brand. This kind of situation can be particularly challenging when you're balancing work commitments.
For Easy Ship pickup issues, there's a dedicated channel to report problems:
Click the Help button in the top right corner of Seller Central > Get Help and Resources > Investigate Easy Ship pick-up issues
Also, any orders with pickup issues are automatically tracked in our system, and you won't be penalized for these delays. Your account health will be automatically updated within 48 hours of the order appearing in our scheduling issue report.

Please do not get dishearten on it. Keep a track on your parcel via Manage Order there you can have contact numbers, then it always better to get contact details from pick up and try to build personal repo with them. Ultimately they are doing job and they have their own challenges.
Getting into negative zone is never a solution. Keep yourself positive and many orders will come.
Keep on writing @ seller support every time you feel you face any challenge.

Its was never ending issue in amazon. I too faced lots of easy ship pickup miss issue. Amazon says report pickup issue they provided link. But it will not solved my problem. f Recent days they introduced showing pickup person contact number its also no way used. Better to opt for self ship.
