I’ve been raising complaints for the past 6 months, but no action was ever taken. Now, they've even shut down their office. They ask us to come to a particular location to hand over parcels, which is highly inconvenient. Such a terrible courier service. I’ve now moved to FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and I’m finally at peace.
