Account Health Rating

Account Health Rating dropped from 252 to 248 and I do not understand for what reason. I have called today and spike to an Account Health Specialist and the response was something like: '' I do not see anything that affected your performance right now, keep going and watch every day for any update''. Could be the number of the orders/month? Anybody know exactly?

I understand your Account Health Rating has decreased and you would like further insight into the program policy in order to determine the reason for the decrease.

"All new sellers start with a score of 200, and over time, sellers will see a score that accurately reflects their account health based on policy adherence and selling activities over the last 180 days." This is done in order to scale the system to the size of your business, meaning when your sales decreases this can also decrease your Account Health Rating.

Without the presence of any violations, I urge you to compare last months sales to your current sales.

For more information, please also feel free to visit the FAQ page for further insight.

Regards,

Stevie
