AmazonIDVERIFY Bank Verification on Individual Account
Does anyone know how long it takes to get DBA bank verified on an individual account?
AmazonIDVERIFY: I have all green checks except for Bank Account (In Progress)
I submitted bank statements with my DBA name only which does not match my personal name and received message:
We have reviewed the bank account documents that you provided, but we could not complete your bank account verification. Update your bank account documents so that your disbursement schedule is not disrupted and your selling account remains active. Why was my bank account verification not completed?
The document that you provided as a proof of bank account ownership is not acceptable for the following reasons:

The bank statement, bank letter, or account statement issued by an e-commerce payment service provider must contain the name of the account holder, account number, date of issue, and official information, such as the bank or the institution's name, address, stamp, signature, and logo if applicable
I went to the bank and got a signed letter on their letterhead that has my personal name, the DBA name, the account number date of issue, bank information with the institution's name, address, stamp, signature, and logo stating that I am the owner of this account in good standing.
I then uploaded via account health Verify Bank Account
After I upload, this it seems to go into a black hole as I hear nothing.
I asked for help caseID=14312358981, I receive detailed instructions to follow for individual account, and I am told to call a number that can NOT transfer my call to seller support as Amazon said they would do.

Those with bank accounts in their business name had success in getting the statement approved by going to the bank and asking for a letter from the bank on bank letter head that stated ...
Your Name [which is the Amazon account owner] is the owner of the Business Name [the one on the bank statement ... the DBA] account of Bank Account # [ the account number present on the bank statement].
Then create a scanned PDF using the bank letter as the first page along with a full current bank statement.
Submit this single PDF for verification.
