Buyers who do not want the item can have it Returned to Sender. When it arrives back to you, refund munis the shipping cost. If you do not, Amazon will refund it all for you, from your account.
Just be careful of the scam that goes along with Return to Sender. Buyers will take the package, carefully open it, switch what is inside, and tape or glue the package back together. They then write Refused in the item and it is sent back to you. You get the trash back, and the buyer gets the new product.

Is this a package for a customer or a shipment to FBA?
If FBA: which warehouse? The freight forwarder has to make an appointment before the delivery. Without appointment the warehouses doesn't accept the delivery. Some warehouses are new and not yet in function. Despite of that, the shipping plan requests us to send there... with the result that nobody can accept the delivery and the packages are returned to the sender.
