i own a Private label brand, selling on amazon from 3 years, never lost featured offer on my ASINs (only i sell those ASINs). but suddenly from 1 month i have started losing my featured offer in majority of my top selling ASINs. right now 20+ listings out of 28 have losted featured offer. and the reason is still unknown to me, contacted seller support many many times they just tell me algorithm decides featured offer. but i think i deserve to know the reasons behind it, i have 0 violations, my account health is in healthy condition, everything is as fine as ever. also my pricings are very competitive to the other sellers of similar product on amazon.

can someone please help me resolving this issue my sales have dropped to half because of it.
