Customer refused delivery and we issued a full refund. However, customer filed an A-to-Z claim for the tax and influenced our ORD. Please help!

Hello,

We recently encountered a suspicious fraud activity. For order 111-4766684-0794618, we shipped a laptop worth $1400 to customer. Customer refused delivery and the package was returned to our warehouse (From UPS 07/14/2023 6:00 P.M Returning to Sender The package was refused by the receiver and will be returned to the sender; From UPS 07/14/2023 4:37 P.M. The receiver does not want the product and refused the delivery. )

After that, the customer kept messaging us to change delivery address and even came to our offline warehouse to claim the package after the package was returned to us. Our warehouse staff refused to give the package back to customer due to safety concerns and we issued a full refund to customer. Then, customer messaged us that he wanted in-person transaction without going through Amazon. We refused this as it violated Amazon's policies.

In the meantime, customer initiated an A-to-Z claim of the amount the tax. The A-to-Z claim was closed automictically due to our prior full refund and was counted against our ORD. We strongly believe that this claim should not be counted against our ORD as the customer severely violated Amazon's policies and we have issued a full refund for the item.

The case number is 13330971941. Please help @Rose_Amazon@Glenn_Amazon@Danika_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon
