Pickup Pending Since 5 Days – Urgent Help Needed
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am writing to report that my parcel (Order ID: 408-3888588-8939557) has not been picked up for the past 5 days. Despite multiple follow-ups, no delivery agent has come for pickup.
One customer had to cancel and reorder the product due to this delay. Around four days ago, I contacted the support number provided on the Amazon Seller Panel, and the representative refused pickup saying my area is not serviceable. I informed them that this was my very first order, after which they provided me with another contact number
I spoke to the person on that number, and she said she would arrange the pickup. However, since then, no one has come to collect the parcel.
I have been contacting customer care daily, and each time I am asked to fill a "missed pickup" form. I have submitted this form multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution.
I kindly request you to arrange the pickup of my parcel on an urgent basis. This delay is affecting my business and customer trust.

Go to the nearest ATS and deliver the products yourself. That's the best option I have figured out till now.
