ACCOUNT STUCK IN STAGING
I have spent the whole day trying to get a answer from Seller Support. After multiple attempts I am still left with an inactive account. I have provided additional documents for verification. I have even received an email stating my verification is complete and can sell on the platform. I was told last week that it would take three days for my account to turn ACTIVE. Still inactive after 5 additional days. I was told today that my vacation status was on when it was clearly off on my screen. I have reached out to seller health and they have all said my acct is still in staging and Seller Support needs to provide me with a link since no one has given me a new one and its impossible to reverify without it. Seller Support has given me the run around every time and can't get a clear answer from anyone. They just tell me to wait a couple hours or some reps days and close my case. This is beyond frustrating since I have inventory in storage. I'm approaching a month on the platform and not sure if its all worth it. Any help would be appreciated!
