Customer lies on order was not recieved
Hey, guys just a quick question, i have sent an order to customer, and i have proof that it was delivered by UPS, but they did not take a picture, The customer keeps telling me that she did not receive it and wants to me to resend it, but i think that she is lying, because this item is expensive and ordered to kinda project place, no discrimination, just critical thinking.
What would you do in this situation.
Thanks!

If you used Buy Shipping from Amazon, direct them to open an A-Z claim for Item Not Received. If you did not use Buy Shipping, and did not request signature upon delivery, you are likely out of luck. Amazon does not consider a picture proof of delivery, only signature.
You can try asking the customer to check with family members who might have gotten it, etc. You can also tell the customer that you will open an investigation with UPS.
That is all up to you and how much time you want to invest in it. I would definitely not just send another item. If they really want it and it is not a scammer, they can take a refund and order again, this time with you getting a signature if appropriate. This will likely get them a free product so they won't bother. If they do order again, you can cancel if your metrics and take the hit, or get that signature.
Good luck.

Oh, so you must have a signature confirmation of delivery then if you have proof!
Weird, you said you had proof it was delivered, and if you have not proof from a photo, you would have proof from a signature.
You didn't send an expensive item without a signature, did you?
If you have proof of delivery, provide that to the customer.
if the customer hasn't received it, such as UPS delivering it to the wrong person/address, you would open up an insurance claim with UPS to get your money back, and you would provide the customer a refund, and then the customer can reorder it on a new order, since Amazon's system doesn't track orders that you resend.
