Email support issues

I just received an email replying to my request for support that asked me to send more details by replying to that message. When I replied to the email I received 2 auto responses.

First one saying "Emails sent to these aliases might not receive a reply back since these are not monitored." and the second one a minute later said "Greetings from Amazon.ca Seller Support. We're sorry. You've written to an address that cannot accept incoming e-mail. This automated response will direct you to the right place for an answer to your question or help you contact us if you need further assistance."

I am in an email automation endless loop!

What am I supposed to do to get support?

Do not respond to these Seller Support emails. Reopen the case under "HELP" in Seller Central to provide the information support requested.

Good Afternoon @Seller_7NOHY0abDt6tt

Great information provided here already by @Seller_Fnfv2UKRup5rK.

You can navigate to your case log where you can identify the case/issue and then respond from within the case itself.

This should get you what you're looking for here.
