Good Evening @Seller_6q4Teai7zhsDJ,

Apologize that the website was unhelpful. Have you tried filing a case with Selling Partner Support? I don't see anything on file yet. If you have not created a case with Selling Partner Support, please reach out to them and ensure the write up is as detailed as possible. I would recommend adding the following pieces of information:

  • ASINs you would like to link under one detail page (the paperback and the hard cover)
  • Share all the steps you have tried to merge the detail pages
  • Any URLs or Screenshots that might be helpful to support (how you would like the ASINs to appear)

Feel free to post the CASE ID in this discussion once you have contacted support so we can follow the case along to the conclusion. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Don't lose hope as we are hear to help troubleshoot this request with you. Hope you have a good evening.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Search in Add Products under the Catalog tab.

If there is not a page already there, there is a button on the left side of the search results Create a New Listing.

You can't do it. And please stop trying to do it.

THIS IS NOT EBAY.

There is a product detail page for the hardcover. It is NOT your page. It belongs to Amazon. Any seller can list their hardcover on it.

If you want a paperback listed, then you have to create a separate page for it.

EDIT: And this assumes that you have a separate ISBN for your paperback. Some publishers fail to do that, and they thereby cause problems for themselves and their customers for years.

You must not list a paperback on the detail page for a hardcover (or vice-versa).

Click on the See all formats and editions to (perhaps) find the detail page for the paperback edition.

If a page does not exist, and the ISBN for the paperback is not in use on Amazon, then - in theory you could create the page for the paperback edition. Probably won't be able to.

Just sell elsewhere.
