Not able to add my email id to Seller Central account

I'm not able to add my email id to Seller Central account -https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/

My email id is not being allowed to be added to client's accounts at UK Seller Central

I'm getting the same error that "encountered an error while processing the request" whenever the clients try to add my email id.
