Amazon FBA First Shipment
Hello I am a brand registered company and am looking to send in our first shipment. Our company is a swimwear company that sells bikini sets. Are bikini sets are packaged in a 5 x 3 x 1.5 mailer box with our company's logo printed on the outside and inside. However, I see when we trying to ship our products to amazon it says that prep is required with poly bags? does this mean we have to poly bag all of our boxes that contain the bikini sets? Or are we not allowed to use our customized mailer boxes in the first place?

I can't comment about your customized mailer, but please be careful selling swimwear online.
The clothing category has, across all venues, got a 20% return rate, and it has to be much higher with swimwear.
You must know your market, but consider sending a few pieces to test the Amazon market before you go all out.
You may want to test the Amazon market by fulfilling orders directly for your first season selling on Amazon.

Mailer box is absolutely fine.
You need a poly bag if you are selling unpacked items that would collect dust or may get soiled. Think a ball or tennis racket. Those items that are usually not sold packed in retail stores.

Hello @Seller_Vh685JyAIm0qv,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! So I would reference our help page, Packaging apparel, fabric, and textiles. The help page states:
Place individual units of apparel and products made of fabric or textiles, along with any cardboard backings, in transparent, sealed bags or shrink wrap (minimum of 1.5 mil) clearly marked with a suffocation warning label.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Best,
Dominic
