Amazon Fba Liquidation serivce for patent complaint product
Hello everyone, my product was unfortunately targeted by a patent owner (the patent should have never been granted since the exact same product has been selling on amazon since march 2021) and my listing was removed.
I need to figure out if I have the option to use amazon's FBA Liquidation tool even if my product has been removed due to an IP Patent infringement complaint? Does that violation bar me from being able to use amazon's liquidation services? I would like to resolve this issue asap to avoid any more fees or account health risks. I would like to use FBA liquidation but I am unsure if my IP Patent complaint will prevent that option for me. Please help.

You may wish to consult with an attorney, but in cases of an IP violation, it would probably be against the law for Amazon to allow the product to be sold, even as liquidation.
