We issued a full refund for a return. And Amazon automatically added the Return Shipping Fee refund of about $90. Now the bots issue refunds for us for any amount?

Hello @Seller_OHQMQXgsrN84J- and thanks for posting! It sounds like this order might have been refunded at first scan, as part of the prepaid return label program.

You may be able to file a SAFE-T claim against the return shipping if the order meets one of the possible cases for reimbursement which are listed there. Let me know if you have any questions if you do look to submit one!
