Our Listing that has been up for over 10 years with 4.5 stars and 305 reviews. This ASIN: B01ASDSNDY is not the featured offer and there is not an add to cart button anymore. I have watched all the videos on the Seller University and the reasons provided as to why this could be happening don't apply. We are Brand Registered, our account health is perfect, no defect rates, no shipping issues or delays, no A-Z Claims filed, pricing has been the same for months if not years for the product because it includes something our competitors don't offer.
Of course Seller Support is no help. This is a copy of part of their response...
"Let me share with you that Seller performance metrics are only one factor used to evaluate a seller’s Featured Offer eligibility.
Even if all performance metrics are green, this does not mean the sellers are (or should be) Featured Offer eligible.
In addition, we don’t disclose the specific targets for Featured Offer eligibility or becoming the Featured Offer and we’re not able to discuss all the factors that determine Featured Offer Eligibility, instead I can gladly share some tips to help increase the chance of your offers being eligible:
• Provide great customer service
• Ensure product authenticity and quality
• Prevent chargeback claims"
This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. We are doing everything right and then Amazon just removes the Featured Offer. Our sales are down 45K for the month just based on this arbitrary rule that Amazon can just take away something from a seller.
Please help!!!

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your listings and see that you have them in the wrong category. I would advise that you upload a category specific file with the correct category of sports with the item type keyword of basketball-court-accessories. This will help your customers find your products and ensure that you do not receive a policy violation for incorrect categorization.
