What do you see in the "Shipment" tab under "Shipment Events"? Does it show "Delivered"?

Same here. They will also put a reconcile date of another 30 plus days so it won't actually be recceived for a long time. When they do check it in it will be transferred and that is another month. I sent inventory in September and it will be be eligible for reconciling until mid November and so far that date increases everyday. Everyday when I ship, it directs to this warehouse. I shipped multiple shipements 9/27 and they are not eligible for reconciliation until 11/20.
