Pickup not done but marked as Pickedup

Hi Pickup for my order is not done for straight 7 days and finally it is marked as Picked up but it has not happened.

I have been charged for pickup fees and order also got cancelled. On contacting customer care they are asking only to raise Miss pickup form and no other information shared.

This same problem is faced by me from past two days.

i am a new seller and i received my first order which was scheduled on 7th November its been two days no pickup person has even tried to contact me and each time you call the support team they will only say to fill the Miss pickup form.

if the seller does a mistakes then your account health gets effected but what if the mistake is from amazon's side then who is responsible and what actions are been taken?
