Product insert compliance review request

We have a product insert card that serves two purposes. On one side, it offers customers the convenience of scanning a QR code to easily download an eBook, which is a valuable component of the product available on our product listing page. On the other side, we express our gratitude to the customer for their purchase and kindly request their honest review. Exact wording - "Your honest review helps us grow and help others like you make an informed decision." To ensure compliance, the QR code on this side of the card directs customers to the Amazon app's product review page. There is no intention of incentivizing reviews or misleading customers in any way. The eBook is simply an included part of the original product offering. Can somebody please weigh in on the likelihood of this being flagged as potential review manipulation? We just want to make sure it is 100% compliant before proceeding. Thanks.

Hi @Seller_6r3qkcScfalo4,

Just coming across your post here -- thanks for bringing this question to us. I'm not sure if you have already found your answer, but I wanted to provide some information anyway.

Based on the information in this Seller University training on product insert compliance, this looks to be compliant. At about one minute into the video, there is a list of things that are not allowed on inserts.

Let me know if you have questions and feel free to drop back in to give us an update! Did you decide to move forward with the inserts? Have they helped generate anecdotes that you can use to improve your products?
