GTIN exeption button not working
Hello, Did any one got a problem of getting GTIN Exemption? After checking on "I don't have product ID" check box, the link "GTIN Exemption is required. Apply now" shows but disappear immediately (before I click it). I tried on Google Chrome and seller app but still not working. I am assuming this is a bug. Thank you for your help!

I'm having a similar issue so I have to keep putting my product as a draft. I go back in and click apply and I get approved and it asks for the same information all over again on a loop. I've been approved 5 times already and it still won't let me bypass and keeps asking for me to apply for an exemption again.

In general, here are the next steps to take if you are able to get past the disappearing link.
First, make sure you are not requesting an exemption from a category that allows exemptions. You can search that list on the Product ID (GTIN) requirements by category help page. If you are able to request an exemption, here are the step by step instructions How to list products that do not have a Product ID (UPC, EAN, JAN or ISBN) This help page will provide what to do Before you request a GTIN exemption, how to request a GTIN exemption, and how to add a product after you receive a GTIN exemption.

We have brand registry for our brand and we are having the same problem with the "A GTIN exemption is required. Apply now" appearing and immediately disappearing after marking the "I don't have a product ID" checkbox.
It worked the first time we tried it, and we got instant approval for one category, but we need exemption in three more categories, and we have been unsuccessful at being able to even submit for the exemption.
We were supposed to receive a call from Seller Support today, but the call never came.
We have an open case number for this issue, but have not been able to get a resolution.
