Amazon Creating Seller "Support" Tickets to Send Spam Marketing Messages

1st time I've seen this, but a Seller Support Ticket popped up today (March 27, 2025) in my account (ID 17495618691). I didn't create it. It was created by Amazon's "Buyability Team".

It was a spam marketing message suggesting I add more FBA inventory - for a product where my inventory is fine and healthy - and stating:

"As we look ahead to the rest of 2024, we want to share best practices you can begin implementing in order to ensure your inventory aligns with customer demand and maximize your sales potential"
