Customer says he got old product from Amazon FBA
A customer messaged me and sent me a photo of my broken product . I recognized it as an old model that I discontinued 5 years ago. Is Amazon keeping and reselling returned and damaged products to buyers?
Somebody please help me resolve this problem.

That is not your problem. Kindly ask the customer to contact Amazon's customer service.

This could be either a customer who's doing a switcheroo with old product to get a free new replacement or perhaps FBA took a returned used product and put it back into inventory not realizing it was used.
Either way it'll be your fault somehow.
I got an FBA Switcheroo return which included a very used product I haven't sold in about 8 years and it wasn't fba's fault it was a scamming customer.
It would be best to wait until you can evaluate the returned product and maybe you can make a determination of what actually happened.
