i dont understand why amazon motivates us to go for FBA , when they dont have manpower or capability to manage the orders. I was doing a wonderful business with easy ship, and i used to ship the orders on same day or next day. But unfortunately my orders are in pending state from the day 1 when i move towards FBA. Even COD orders are showing pending from 5 days. Some orders are getting ship date very late. when i raised a cmpalaint with seller support they have just one answer payment verification, bu what about COD orders that are pending from 5 days.

I had my product listed under FBA till yesterday when 2 order were placed. However, they are still showing as PENDING since the past 22 hours.

What does this mean? Does it mean that payment is pending by the customer? Earlier it never used to be the case; instead the orders were being readily fulfilled by Amazon. Kindly revert because I think there is some issue with my inventory at Amazon.
