I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding an issue I’m facing while trying to log in to my Amazon Seller Central account.
Whenever I attempt to log in, the system prompts me to enter a One-Time Password (OTP). However, I am not receiving the OTP via SMS or Call, despite multiple attempts. I have confirmed that my registered mobile number and email ID are both correct and active.
I have also tried the following steps:
Cleared browser cache and cookies
Tried different browsers and devices
Ensured proper mobile network coverage
Uploaded Government ID Proof for Account Recovery(24 Hours Before)
Despite this, I am still unable to receive the OTP, which is preventing me from accessing my account and managing my seller operations.
Kindly look into this issue at the earliest and advise on how to resolve it. If necessary, please initiate an alternative verification process or help reset the OTP delivery method.
