Amazon images and the zoom function
Is anyone else having issues with Amazon when it comes to image sizes and the zoom function?
I'm going round in circles in a case because Amazon won't reinstate the images on our own listing that meet their size requirements for the zoom function because they say they 'aren't zoomable'. As a result that particular listing is currently showing a completely different product (a mouse mat as opposed to our radiator!) from another seller!
In their requirements they state the minimum size for the zoom function is 1000px and all our images are 1000 x 1000 pixels (I've verified this too by downloading the images within this listing directly from Seller Central and inspected the size of each) and have never had this issue before where they've not just reinstated them once I've uploaded new images that meet their criteria.

Hve you checked the file size it might be too big

I would suggest to use 2000px. I use such sizes in all my listings.
