Brand approval

For brand approval, I translated the transaction statement received from Korea into English and uploaded both the original received from Korea and the version translated into English, but the approval was rejected. Why?

Good Afternoon @Seller_ef6Bsfski6B6Z,

I'd be happy to look into this for you. Could you please share the CASE ID you have with your brand approval showing as rejected? I see that you recently applied to multiple brands to sell.

Our support team does read various languages, so translation might not be necessary. According to the Seller Identify help page here: "These supported languages: Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document."

With that being said, lets try these next steps:

  1. Provide me with the case id on this discussion here
  2. Retry submitting the brand application with the Korean statement
  3. Once I review the case, I can let you know if there are gaps with the statement or another issue.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Have a nice weekend.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
