Missing Package in FBA Inventory
Hello respected Amazon seller support forum.
I am writing to ask for urgent help regarding a problem I encountered with one of my parcels on FBA.
Approximately two months ago, Amazon received my package. In correspondence with Amazon support, I was assured that all of the merchandise in my package had been received and would soon be available for sale.
However, despite this, the item from this parcel has still not appeared for sale in my account. I contacted Amazon support over 12 days ago, and a case was opened for the missing parcel. Unfortunately, there have been no results or updates since then.
I am turning to your esteemed forum for advice and help in resolving this issue.
In case anyone has any experience with a similar problem, please help with advice.
