Invoice - What are ways around it?
I am a new seller for used books and for some approval, im required to provide an invoice from back in February or before but within 180 days. I have receipt for the books i bought, but its not recent, nor is it from a vendor who would have my address and name on it.
what do i do? what is a way around this?
I simply dont have an invoice for products purchases. If it was for services, i could show internet, and other services i get at my home, which would have my name, but here, im truly not sure how to get around this.

For used books, I've not found a way to deal with the publishers that ask for invoices, other than to simply list the books on other sites.
I've been here for over 8 years, and while I'm approved for hundreds of publishers, still get the occasional one that requires invoices, and I can't list it.

Not sure if you have reviewed the Seller University invoice requirements video but I wanted to share it here just in case. Sourcing of products being sold on the platform is very important to us as we use documentation to ensure authenticity, maintain customer satisfaction and build customer trust while they are shopping on the platform.
Hope the above information helps clarify any additional questions you may have had. Hope you have a great rest of your weekend.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

They don't want a receipt for used books. They are moving small third party sellers of used books off the platform with this move. They want you to be selling new books, direct from publisher. This is how they are getting rid of us, rather than just denying us an account (bad PR look for the site). They are still getting their monthly fee, even if we can't sell as many books due to this nonsense. I list books where two titles are banned, one is fine, all from the same publisher. There are indeed publishers cracking down, but my experience is that it is more Amazon related than publisher.
Make sure you are choosing Used in the drop down box when adding a product. I get the occasional publisher banned one, but most of them I can do when I go the "add a product" route rather than uploads.
