What happened on IAH 3 Warehouse? My products delivered on 26th December 2023, Today they still not to receive
What happened on IAH 3 warehouse? One shippment I sent there 11 cartons products, but 1 carton lost.
The other shippment delivered on 26th Dec.,2023, but untill now--20th Jan.,2024, they did not start to receive my shippment yet.
I don't know whether my cartons are safe or have been lost, I don't know if I should send inventory for addition, I tried many times for help from seller center. As we all know, they can't do anything with FBA warehouse for us, we just need to wait until the end of this month.
Why this problems happened on IAH 3? We paid for expensive fee for FBA service, but now I can't follow up the express of my products, where is the value of our fee?
Who can help sellers and let us know what happened on our shippment? If have been lost, please let me know as soon as possible, then I can prepare new inventory before the Spring Festival holiday. If my shippment is ok, still there, please arrange the receivement as soon as possible.

same problem here, 2 big boxes sent to IAH3 end of December and still in process of receiving items, most of our best-selling products out of stock since few days ago because IAH3 hasn't been able to receive them
