Package was not received .
A package worth of $900 was sent and shows delivered but buyer says never received . We contacted Amazon and they say it is sellers responsibility . This shipping label was bought through Amazon and no UPS account was involved , so UPS does not give us the chance to file a claim .
I noticed when purchasing shipping labels , that shipments are protected for Safe T claims and A-z , and have insurance . But I was not able to file a safety claim on this order .
Is there something Im doing wrong in here ? We had to refund the customer and lost the items.

Just curious, when you used buy shipping, did you purchase insurance for the item?
