2 FBA shpiments delivery refused by warehouse BFL2, 3 more shipments are already on the way
We sent 5 FBA shipments to BFL2 via FedEx this month, 2 have been rejected by the warehouse, and 3 are still on the way. Our FBA shipments to BFL2 were waiting for a much longer time before checking in like the other sellers on the forum, but now BFL2 is refusing to receive our packages. 1 shipment had been returned to us yesterday, and 1 shipment was just rejected yesterday and is on the way back to us. If nothing changes, the remaining 3 will likely be rejected and returned to us.
If BFL2 has been overloaded with shipments since October or even earlier, why BFL2 is the only option for us when creating the FBA shipments? We would have avoided the BFL2 warehouse based on what happened in the past 2 months. Instead of receiving our packaging and rerouting to another FBA warehouse, it's now just rejecting the shipments like it's free to send these shipments.
Case ID: 16621802741. Talked to Seller Support this morning, and after verifying the tracking number for the FBA shipment, was told to rest assured because this shipment was still receiving. The fact that this very FBA shipment was already rejected and returned back to our warehouse yesterday amused me, but at the same time, saddened me how helpless sellers could be when trying to get help from Seller Support.
Please, if BFL2 is overloaded, give us other alternatives, BFL2 is the only option available when creating shipments for us and many of the other sellers based on their posts.

We're aware of concerns regarding shipments to our BFL2 facility and are actively investigating. For specific shipment concerns, please provide Seller Support with carrier contact, tracking numbers, and Inbound Shipment Appointment (ISA) number.

Hey @Seller_LFmW3AxoFcfjF,
Thanks for confirming. I'm working with another seller on a similar issue at BFL2 - have you reached out to Seller Support regarding this discrepancy? I'd like to assist in escalating this issue. Thanks.
