FIRC document issue
Hello guys,
We are amazon seller based from India, and the payment we receive is automatically converted from USD to INR through Amazon ACCS. Now, our bank is asking for proof of some kind to show that the transaction is true. Amazon customer support says that their bank transfer some details to our bank, but our bank says they haven't received anything. Could anyone tell us how we can obtain the FIRC document? Please help. Thank you!

Thank you for your post. As this is something with a third party, or your bank, I won't be much help, however, I would suggest opening a seller support case for additional assistance as they may have some more information with the FIRC documents.
