I want to bring this to everyone’s attention: due to the negligence and poor response of CA Ankit Jain and his team, my GSTN for Tamil Nadu has been suspended by the GST department. He deceived me by taking ₹21,240 for a rent agreement, but his team failed to provide the agreement after receiving the payment.

It is high time Amazon takes action and removes such CAs, as they are damaging the reputation of Amazon’s services. In my case, the GST officer visited the registered address and found no documentation, no company board, and no GST number displayed.

Beware of the false promises made by CA Ankit Jain and his team—they are in the business of deceiving people. Despite calling them over 20 times, sending more than 50 emails, and trying to contact them on WhatsApp, I received no response. They completely ignored my case after taking the payment.

Trusting them will only lead to struggle and loss. This situation not only impacted my business but also harmed Amazon’s business and credibility. Shockingly, even after cheating me, they had the audacity to ask for the renewal of the rent agreement.

Their so-called escalation matrix is utterly useless. It serves no purpose, as no action is ever taken. Due to their actions, my GST has been cancelled.
