Amazon showing outrageous delivery estimates

Hi Guys - So, I've seen a dramatic decline in sales over the last few weeks, with no clear reason as to why.

Just poking around, I noticed that on my product pages Amazon is saying that if the customer places an order today (October 11th), it will be delivered on October 24th - almost two weeks.

However, my shipping template is set for 2 to 4 days, with one day handling time.

My Late Shipment rate is 0%, my On-time Delivery rate is 99% - why is Amazon doing this?

Amazon appears to be purposely sabotaging FBM sellers in order to force them into FBA.

I notice this on some of our FBM orders. I have to double check eta on the shipping carrier sites, Often the ETA is shorter when checking.

This is exactly what happened to mine.

Check your listing handling time.

Somehow my listing handling time change to like 5 days......

The support was very very useless, went through a bunch of steps they told me and nothing worked.

Hello @Seller_LAhuiXJ4eMubd and all sellers asking about delivery promises.

As many sellers know, additional time (known as a “promise extension”) may be added to the estimated delivery date that customers see to account for logistical factors that might slow delivery. When a promise extension is added, the customer sees a later date than the “Deliver by” date that you see.

I understand that sellers have strong feelings about promise extensions, and I have shared this feedback with our partner teams.
