Shipping templates disabled automatically

tried connecting to Amazon support . But no use . They don’t have complete knowledge and are unable to resolve the issue. My Shipping templates are getting disabled automatically. I have to keep any eye on Amazon and turn it on again n again. Support people are unable to do anything . Anyone facing this issue ?

Hi, Check your OTDR, if self ship then you need to maintain on time delivery at 97% else your shipping template will be disabled. well this is my personal observation.

Account health> Shipping Performance> On-Time Delivery Rate

in 30 days time you should have 97% or higher
