Payoneer KYC verification and still not being able to get my payments so far in 2024
I have not been able to get any of my payments so far this year, I opened my first case back in April, and since then other 8 cases have been opened along with several calls with the Amazon team, none of them have gave me any solution so far, some have been marked as closed which I have reopened, and some are marked as transferred or pending for amazon action, but no solution so far.
Please for six months I have been suffering from the same problem, I keep getting same error when I try to activate my account to the amazon.com marketplace

What is more weird is that the one that I have from Payoneer for the Canadian marketplace is working just fine, and it is under the same Payoneer account. I also tried to add a new US account, which has been verified (after updating the statements) along with the initial one, but once I tried to activate it for the amazon.com marketplace I get same error.
I have spoken to Payoneer and they have told me the following:
"Upon thoroughly checking everything, I can see that all documentation has been complied. The KYC requirement refers to the documentations being asked. Everything has been complied on our end. Please refer with Amazon as well that you have complied everything on Payoneer's end. I understand it's a bit frustrating, but I can guarantee that you have complied all the necessary requirements."
Same information has been transferred to Amazon but they keep telling me that they will reinitiate the account, that they will transfer it to the department on charge or that they have opened a high priority case to which I have not got any solution! It has been 6 months already and I need this to be solved.
I don't know what else to do and I'm getting desperate as it's been 6 months fulfilling orders on time and getting no payment. It's incredible to me that Amazon can not do something in their side, especially considering this is their platform and I have provided all of the necessary evidence that I completed my KYC.
Relevant department of Amazon to please look into the matter to resolve it on priority as Payoneer has already confirmed that everything is ok from my side, you can find more relevant information on the cases created on my account. What else can I do? And please do not tell me to contact Payoneer again.

I've provided all the KYC information required by my PSP and my PSP has confirmed that no further steps are required. When will this be reflect on Amazon?
It can take up to 24 hours for your participating PSP’s KYC review result to be published on Amazon. If you believe the status shown on the Deposit methods page is not accurate after 24 hours, contact your PSP’s customer support or account manager to ensure the result has been published to Amazon. If your PSP confirmed that they have already published the KYC review result to Amazon, you can contact our Selling Partner Support team.
What if my participating PSP never completes the KYC review?
If your PSP does not complete the required KYC review within 45 days after you received the first email notification from Amazon, you'll no longer be able to receive disbursement to that bank account until the KYC review is completed.
Note: Your PSP may require additional information or documents from you in order to complete this required step.
