Amazon seller support very time send form to filled and I have filled form so many time nothing will happen and They said internal team assist you but team just reply in same repeated words But no one want to help seller

same happened with me , but i went in search of amazon warehouse and luckily got it . But even after delivering the order amazon team added late dispatch rate to my account and in this i have filed complaint against courier team and callled through account health contact page. I have mentioned previous cases to the team which i have files earlier and this is how i got everything clear within 2 days.
