This festive season only to benefit Amazon and buyers, but sellers are left struggling. While buyers get great deals, we face high return rates and are pressured to offer discounts suggested by Amazon, which often become the new base price, making it harder to sustain profitability.

On top of that, Amazon imposes fees like the Seller Controllable Return Rate (SCRR), which can be as high as 15%. To make matters worse, product theft by ATS staff spikes during this time, as they take advantage of the season to steal more, reselling goods in local markets. It feels like a separate 'festival' for them.
